Being in Health and Fitness industry since 1997 having taught 1000’s of classes (from Sculpting, Body conditioning, Circuits, Box-Fit, thru Dance, Zumba, Aqua, Spin, Pilates Functional movement)
Plus having worked with 100’s of clients on a 1:2:1 bases as well as smaller groups
Different Age Groups (from kids to older adults)
Different Fitness Levels (from Beginners to more Advanced)
