2 x per wk = £85 (£42. 5/sess)

Who are these classes for:

1) NEW to Exercise or Haven’t Exercised for a Long Time

2) If You have a sedentary job or move very little throughout the day

3) If You Stand on your feet long hours

4) If You get Aches and Pains like Lower back, Knee, Shoulder, etc..

5) If You lack Flexibility and/or lack Good Range of your Joints

6) If You worry You may get Injured/Reluctant to train without Supervision

7) If you lack Confidence/Not knowing where to start, which exercises are right for you

8) If You lack Motivation/Starting over and over again - finding it difficult to continue

9) If You Exercise Regularly but Not getting results - Due to Lack of Knowledge, lack of Good Exercise Form, due to missing Solid Base, Getting Injured easily and/or any other reason

10) If you require Individual attention for different reasons - like Physio referral, etc..

You will:
