I have worked with Jara for over 10 years. It has been an interesting journey.
Not only she has helped me tremendously with my L4/L5 back problem thanks to her great knowledge, tones of experience and effective workouts but also I have learned a thing or two about importance of performing with good form /having a good technique, choosing appropriate exercises according to my needs and goals and how necessary it is to exercise regularly!
I train with Jara twice a week and feel much more agile and very refreshed after these sessions and the benefits are enormous. Her power of observation and attention to details are very acute and are always foremost during the training sessions.
She has established a great routine for me that can be modified and extended as needed.
The sessions are not only effective but Fun too!

Thank you Jara so much for all your classes - I really enjoy them & I feel SO much stronger & more toned.
I’ve always done a lot of yoga but I now feel that I can do a lot of the strength & stamina poses a lot better than before. I do think I am much more aware of using my back (posture) muscles in everyday life rather than my shoulders, neck etc (which is something I have always done in the past).
I really enjoy the variety of exercises in the sessions, I also enjoy learning new ones that allow me to gradually progress to the next level of training. I’m able to handle more complex, more Intense workouts whilst keeping my perfect form thanks to Jara’s constant reminding of the Technique (she is making sure we are using the correct muscles) throughout the whole session.

Dance Cardio Class
Jara is no doubt an amazing trainer not only for her knowledge and tone of experience but also because of her carrying approach.. She puts her heart and soul into every session and because of her approach to fitness and her infectious passion she helped me start enjoying exercise more and more which led to HEALTHIER ME!
For years I had lower back problems due to my back injury and I had to visit my back specialist on a regular bases. Ever since I started training with Jara (over 5 years now) I stopped my visits to the doctor completely! I feel much stronger especially my core! (hence no lower back pain). My posture has improved and I feel more energized and agile then ever before.
And lastly I am able to dance again! (Dancing has been my big passion)..
A massive thank you to Jara for enabling me to “dance” through life again!

I enjoy the private Pilates classes with Jara, she is a great, very involved and knowledgeable teacher. I have a permanent back problem but I have improved so much over the last year - I would highly recommend her!!

OnLine 1-2-1 Pilates /Posture Conditioning
I have been training with Jara since 2015. I find her classes very effective. She has a unique approach to personal training…each exercise is designed to awaken the most important muscles - posture muscles.
Especially these last 10 months working from home using an ordinary chair, my back was not great, and Jara’s sessions where exactly what I needed. I feel taller, stronger and able to move much easier. And I finally can fit into my favourite trousers.
