…I always enjoyed pushing myself to the limit! Loved a good sweat!.. I felt ALIVE!!…
…but one think i did not learn back then was
…How to Listen to my Body when it was saying Enough!.. I thought it was ok just to ~ Shake it off~
…So I end up injuring myself over and over again to the point I needed a Knee operation.. Eventually I had to change my approach to training and get SMARTER about it…!
So the next 25 years of my life I dedicated to studying and teaching Health and Fitness. This allowed me to gain the Knowledge that was so important to prevent past mistakes and mainly I was able to observe and guide others on their journeys and gain very valuable Experience.
This also helped me to grow and become more creative in finding
New more Effective ways to achieve my and most of all my Clients Full Potential.
And lastly
By Fusing together Knowledge and Practices from other Teaching platforms (like Pilates, Yoga, Functional movement, Dance)
I have been able to not only
Achieve my Ultimate goals:
Becoming Injury FREE (no more doctors nor physios)!
My Flexibility improved tremendously in the shortest possible time!
Feel more Energized
And my Posture ( Core ) is Taller and Stronger then ever before in a more Functional way
but also
Helping my clients to achieve Theirs in a Fastest and Safest way whilst learning to understand
The importance of Exercise from a more Holistic point of view (Mind Body Soul)
Learn to listen and understand their bodies better
Shift their motives behind exercise and learn to enjoy it more
